Internships that Make a Difference

Interns with the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast can expect to gain a sense of pride while receiving professional recognition. Internship opportunities are available in a variety of areas. Wherever your area of interest, Girl Scouts interns get to be involved with an organization that allows them to make a difference in girls' lives while gaining professional experience.

We Offer

Engaging projects producing meaningful work and making a positive contribution to girls’ lives.
Flexible work schedule with negotiable hours.
Exceptional networking, résumé-building, and work experience opportunities.
Internship experiences may be tailored to meet the student’s individual learning and development needs.
We offer internship opportunities for all semesters: spring, summer, and fall. Assignments may vary based on the time of year you are interning.
Internships are unpaid; however, a limited number of paid human services internships are available each semester. Please contact the human resources department to learn more.

What We’re Looking For toggle arrow

Must be receiving college credit. If internship is not for credit, please contact the human resources department to learn more about administrative volunteer opportunities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet research.
Ability to give and receive information by telephone and in person.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work while managing multiple deadlines.
Must successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
Must be willing to become a registered member of Girl Scouts of the USA (membership fees are paid by GSCCC).
