Program Partners
Program partners are organizations within the Hampton Roads area who have been approved by Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast to offer events and activities that fit within the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.

There are three types of program partners:
Organizations that provide activities or events tailored to Girl Scout programs. These programs incorporate the Girl Scout National Program Portfolio which consists of The Girls’ Guide to Girl Scouting and the Girl Scout Leadership Journeys. Programs can be created to give girls the opportunity to complete part, or all, of a specific Journey or badge.
Organizations that provide activities or events such as shows, tours or games, with a discounted fee for Girl Scouts (and sometimes also for family members). These opportunities do not need to be tailored to the Girl Scout program but may include badge activities.
Non-profit organizations that align with the Girl Scout mission and values and provide girls with the opportunity to serve their community.
Each partnership’s offerings fit under at least one of our four program pillars: Life Skills, STEM, Outdoor, and Entrepreneurship.

The business/transportation companies on this list have provided Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast with a Certificate of Insurance as proof of their coverage and are approved locations for Girl Scout activities.
