Join a Wolf expert from the Wolf Conservation Center to hear stories about protecting these magnificent animals and their environment, including information on wolf anatomy and physiology, habitats, their keystone role in their ecosystem, and the work the Wolf Conservation Center is doing to protect the endangered Red Wolf (a native species in our council!) and Mexican Gray Wolf.
Attending this program qualifies for part of this year's Spread Kindness patch program! The Wolf Conservation Center educators will explain more ways to Spread Kindness to the Earth with follow-up activities after the virtual program:
- The Wolf Conservation Center offers a variety of programs geared towards Girl Scouts, including FREE Career Talks, to support the STEM Career Exploration badge. - If you have questions after the program, want to learn more about wolves, or are looking to send letters as a troop to practice your letter writing and communication skills, you are invited to send letters to the Wolf Conservation Center team via their Letters to Educators program.
