Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast CEO Tracy Keller was announced as the P.R.A.Y. Board President for 2025-2026. Keller has served P.R.A.Y. for five years, including two terms each as Secretary/Treasurer and Vice-President, as well as a liaison to P.R.A.Y.’s Girl Scout partners nationwide. Keller is a lifetime Girl Scout who received the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award a girl may earn in Girl Scouts. As an adult member, she has been recognized with the Girl Scout Thanks Badge, the highest adult honor.
As president of the board, she will oversee the meetings of the P.R.A.Y. Board of Directors with the oversight to implement and enforce the Bylaws of P.R.A.Y. Additionally, Keller will be leading the implementation of a new strategic plan cultivated and established at the recent Annual Meeting of Officers and Agencies.
Programs of Religious Activities with Youth (P.R.A.Y.) is a non-profit organization aimed at fostering the Christian growth of children, youth, and families through churches and youth serving agencies. Their national board of directors includes representatives from Protestant and Independent Christian Churches and the national youth agencies. They are known for the P.R.A.Y. Program — a Bible-based religious emblems program for Protestant and Independent Christian churches designed to bring children, youth, and families to Christ. Since its inception, their program has recognized nearly a million recipients with the emblem of their faith, and annually impacts the lives of thousands of children and families across the country.
