Practice making scientific observations and collecting data to participate in a real, local citizen science project - Catch the King Tide with Wetlands Watch - who will inspire you to complete a Take Action project to address an issue in your community.

Much of this program will take place outdoors so please dress for the weather and be prepared to move around! Adults and high school Girl Scouts will need to bring a smartphone for data-mapping.

Not a drop-off event: Daisy, Brownie, Junior, and Cadette Girl Scouts should plan to attend with an adult (a caregiver or troop leaders within ratio) with a smartphone. Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts may be dropped off if they have their own smartphones. Adults should register but do not need to pay.

You will receive a reminder email with final details at least one week prior to this event. If you do not receive anything by the Wednesday before this event, please reach out to CustomerCare@gsccc.org.

Location: Camp Apasus, Norfolk, VA

Registration deadline: September 17
