Cheer on the drivers at the 2025 NASCAR Cook Out Cup Series Race. Girl Scouts and their troops are invited to also enjoy camping in the Sheetz Scout Village at the Richmond Raceway!
Registration includes a ticket to Saturday night's race and a campsite reserved for Thursday night through Sunday morning. Reserving a campsite also gets your troop the exclusive event patch! (Contact Gabe Wilkes at gwilkes@nascar.com for discounted tickets to the other races on Thursday and Friday, or the Saturday morning track walk.)
Choose how many youth (12 and under) and adult (13 and older) Saturday race tickets you will need, then add on the number of 10'x10' campsites your group will require. You cannot receive the Girl Scout rate for race tickets without a campsite.
NOTE: This camping experience is for registered Girl Scout members and volunteers only. Non-member adults and tagalongs are not permitted to camp. However, non-members may contact Gabe Wilkes at gwilkes@nascar.com for information on discounted and group rates for the races on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
Camping troops may check in any time after 9:00 AM on Thursday. Campsite must be cleared by 12:00 PM on Sunday. The Saturday night race is at 7:30 PM.
Not a drop-off event: This event requires adult supervision from a registered member caregiver or troop leaders providing proper ratio. Adults must register.
