Earn your Girl Scout Tree Promise patch while volunteering with the City of Chesapeake's Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism for community tree plantings! This event is only for ages 14 and up. Bring your own water container, snack, sunscreen, and bug spray, and be sure to dress for the conditions including long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. There will be a water refill station and an outdoor toilet near the work site. Work gloves and tools will be provided, but you may bring your own.
