Tarlton is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of VA, NC, and NJ as well as an emotional wellness advocate. She has worked in the mental health field providing crisis intervention, teaching coping skills, and developing critical stress management techniques both in school and community settings. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and her Master's of School and Community Counseling from Regent University. Her desire is to help equip individuals and families with the necessary tools to promote the social, spiritual, physical, and emotional wellness in their lives.

Be Inspired is a series of free virtual events for women of all ages hosted by the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast. Each month, GSCCC will offer a one-hour webinar on a topic presented by their alum and friends network and we will also share how you can get involved with Girl Scouts.
